Matrix International Holdings was incorporated in May 2003 in the U.K. Matrix is the proprietary owner of the M SYSTEM™ technology platform and the licensor of this platform to Money Systems International for the onward promotion and use of this platform in Downstream jurisdictions. Matrix thus primarily focuses on the Upstream operations of the Groups business. Matrix has therefore over the years maintained the requisite Upstream licences and also developed a formidable network of MTO outlets in order to boost the Groups revenues and direct presence on the high streets Upstream.
