The remitter visits a Matrix International Holdings Licensed MTO, and the MTO, via the M SYSTEM™, keys in the amount to be sent or received and the appropriate currency. The MTO then selects the destination country to which the remittance is being sent. The MTO is presented with a choice of banks with varying foreign exchange rates for the destination country currency, and branch network.

The remitter then chooses a bank and branch to transact with, and pays the MTO the money to be transferred. The MTO submits the transaction details to the M SYSTEM™, for processing. The M SYSTEM™ will generate a reference number and the funds will be available for collection at the bank instantly.
