The Money Systems Group was founded in 2002 with the main objective of developing and operating an open payment processing and management system, to facilitate international - intra - regional & domestic payment processing transactions e.g. remittances or money transfers.

The Group successfully launched the M SYSTEM™ in July 2003 and commenced the processing of remittances between selected countries in Europe (United Kingdom - Ireland) and Africa (Ghana -Nigeria)
