The Group Structure recognizes the division of the remittance industry as consisting of "Upstream" and "Downstream" activities. The upstream sector consisting of the business activity of organizing a remittance collection network and a downstream sector consisting of a remittance distribution network. In this regard the group structure constitutes upstream activities, managed by Matrix International Holdings Ltd. (Europe) and downstream activities managed by Money Systems International (Africa).
